here are a few things i've been enjoying lately...
first up--this wonderful concoction of french bread, goat cheese, peaches, cinnamon & honey.
i got the idea from jill's blog.
i didn't have a baguette and i used awful grocery store peaches--i'm sure it's fabulous with fresh peaches!
i will be having this quite often.

i'd never had peanut sauce until my friend, julie, told me about it.
this kind is from target and is a good reason to have to go to target (as if i needed a reason to have to go to target)

i saute chicken, make spaghetti noodles and toss with the peanut sauce, then sprinkle some green onions--i went a little overboard with the onions here.
very yummy and super quick and easy!
finally, one of the crockpot recipes i tried the other day.
i'm pretty sure i found this on kelly's korner during her crockpotalooza.
beef tips & noodles
1 pkg. egg noodles (or rice)
2 pkgs. brown gravy mix
1 lb. beef tips or stew meat, cubed
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
place meat at bottom of crockpot. top with sliced mushrooms. mix brown gravy according to package directions. pour over beef tips and mushrooms. cook on low 6 to 8 hours until meat falls apart because it's so tender. cook egg noodles according to package. cover with meat & gravy mix.
Yum! Can't wait to try all of these wonderful looking dishes! Love, Mom
