i found this on someone's blog the other day and thought it was so nice i would share it.

if we all did even one of those things every day, wouldn't that make for a positive day?
i love the second to last one--to give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others. wow! who couldn't use that great reminder?
and to give every living creature you meet a smile? priceless.
