what we wore wednesday

i recently came across the pleated poppy and love this blog! she makes beautiful things and sells them in her shop (go to her blog and click on one of the tabs on the right) and on wednesdays she has 'what i wore wednesday' where people link up and show what they wore during the week. i thought it would be fun to try it--and so did mckinlee! so here's a few of our outfits from the past week:

i've found out that the great thing about exercise clothes (besides the fact that you don't have to spend forever accessorizing your outfit) is that people think you work out a lot! ha!

well...that was fun! don't know if i'll do that every week. but it is fun to look back and see what you've worn for the week and it makes you take a little more time to put something cute together.
it is blazing hot here (104 degrees) so that's why we're dressed in as little as is appropriate--although that day with the scarf almost killed me. ha!
i can't wait to see what other people have worn--i get some great ideas from other people's blogs! like this one last week or this one --are these cute outfits or what? (this is also where i order jewelry from--love lisa leonard!)
