even though it doesn't feel like fall, i got out all my fall decor and put it all over my house. fall is my absolute favorite season to decorate for. i love browns, oranges, reds and yellows--especially in my house. i am so hoping it gets cooler soon!

my child wants to be grown so bad. this weekend her rant was about not being able to wear eyeliner. hello? you're 11. she was proud of herself that she learned how to put it on, so i did let her wear it around the house. i love this picture of her eyes.

we planted just a few of these this summer and this is what my front flower bed looks like right now! everything else i planted is dead, but apparently these love the hot texas sun!

it's friday! yippee!
on fridays, i try and post some of the good deals or neat things i've found during the week
so here goes...

at ross i found these cute gray boots--not real leather, of course. but still cute for this winter

i also found this shirt. it doesn't look real cute on the hanger, but i was thinking with a cute belt, skinny jeans and maybe some red jewelry? not sure about this one...

at my favorite resale shop they were having a sale--anything summer was $2!
so i got these cute things. the skirt in the middle still had the steinmart price tag on--$69, i think.

i've been needing some beige leggings and found these at wal-mart with the snap detail

this is a cute (i think) headband i made with a band from wal-mart (6 pack for $3.49) and a flower from michaels ($1.49) rhinestone button was $1.
i hope it doesn't fall apart on me tomorrow!
